Personal Assistant position full time based in Walsall. This role is supporting a CEO as well as some work for the board.
Overview
This role supports the CEO and the board in a growing organisation. It is a hybrid role based in Walsall, with 2 days from home.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
* Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Assist in planning and coordinating events, both on-site and off-site.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Familiarity with the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is advantageous.
