Unique opportunity to work for one of London’s most celebrated landlords, joining a very well respected Retail and F&B Asset Management team. It’s a very varied role, helping to drive and maintain value across a dynamic Central London portfolio with one of the largest footfalls in the Capital. The role is initially being offered as a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave, and would suit someone working landlord side who wants to gain experience working on a high profile central London portfolio, or someone in an advisory side role who would like to gain clientside experience.
Responsibilities:
* To provide support to the Head of Asset Management and assist with input into the portfolio’s strategic direction and business plan.
* To assist with the review, preparation and implementation of individual asset and business plans, to including budgeting and forecasting.
* Drive sustainable rental growth through new leasing initiatives, rent reviews and lease renewals. Instigate and implement tenant engineering opportunities through this process.
* Ensure an accurate and current database is maintained of all tenant information; assist with reporting based on this data when required.
* Identify opportunities and oversee the delivery of small works projects and development initiatives
* Assist in obtaining VP to assemble development sites through 54 Act and other avenues.
* Support the bi-annual valuation process.
* Ensure that tenants comply with all lease covenants, in conjunction with the property management team.
Requirements
* 1 – 4 years PQE experience of working with high profile retail or mixed use portfolios or estates.
* Experience in retail asset management, with a good landlord and tenant focus
* Strong commercial acumen and report writing skills
