We are looking for a Content & SEO Administrator to join Team OB in our Support Office. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Content & SEO Administrator at OB you will help produce and optimise the product content on our websites (UK and IE). You’ll be responsible for preparing information and writing SEO-friendly descriptions across our product ranges, ensuring they’re uploaded to our websites in time for weekly product drops. You’ll also be assisting with content and technical checks for SEO. Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly. More about the role … An OB Content & SEO Administrator will: • Re-format and add value to product data in excel to upload into our content management system and Digital PR platforms. • Write engaging product descriptions consistent with the OB brand voice and SEO best practices. • Communicate across departments to source necessary product information and photography. • Set products live on our websites, confirming all products are showing in corresponding filters and categories, merchandising as required. • Maintain clear and accurate records for reporting to your line Manager on weekly product upload and go-live status. • Ensure information online is accurate and up to date, implementing content changes or SEO recommendations as requested. • Assist in the setup of markdowns and promotions onsite, ensuring correct prices are displaying. • Re-label and re-size photography to upload to our website and Digital PR image libraries. • Assisting with regular website checks such as for information, SEO, stock, merchandising and images. • Help with ad-hoc projects such as user and SEO testing new website functionalities as required.
