Payroll Team Lead Location: Chard Salary: £40,000 Working pattern: Full time or part time considered Working style: Office based initially with hybrid working available after 6 months We are currently working with a well-established organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Team Lead to join their payroll function. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to combine hands on payroll with people management and future project exposure. This role will be ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of end to end payroll process and has previous line management experience. This experience could be within payroll or a generalised finance environment. You will have great soft skills and the capability to develop and motivate a team. The role Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will manage a payroll team of around 10 payroll professionals alongside another Team Lead.
