We’re looking for aMaintenanceTeam Leaderto play a key role in leading the engineering team being the escalation point of contact, planning in the maintenance works, contractor management and everything in between. * Hands‑on shop floor leadership as theMaintenanceTeam Leader and escalation point
* Leading and developing engineers, mentoring apprentices
* Resource planning and plant cover

What We’re Looking For
* Completed engineering apprenticeship
* Strong hands‑on engineering background within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
* Proven experience leading people and/or contractors - essential (this may be as a Team Leader, Shift Lead or Supervisor)
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
