We are currently recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors who have a strong passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service.
Salary: £25,000 or £13.85 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to perm, fully remote or hybrid in Manchester and London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, scheduled between 8am and 6:15pm, 35 hours per week
Start Date: 23rd June
Interview Dates: 7th to 10th May

Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for housing association customers.
2. Respond to customer messages via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and in-house platforms.
3. Provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.
4. Maintain confidential records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using in-house systems.
5. Comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
7. Contribute to departmental KPIs and company objectives.
