Selby Jennings is partnering with a London-based investment firm managing over $10bn in assets, known for its differentiated investment platform across both traditional and alternative strategies. Their investment coverage spans across equities, emerging markets and private markets.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead fundraising efforts across private markets strategies, including private equity, private debt or real assets.
* Originate and develop relationships with Italian institutional investors.
* Represent the firm\'s platform at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
* Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to deliver tailored solutions.
* Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and regulatory developments across Europe.
* Drive strategic growth in the Italian institutional channel.
Ideal Candidate
* 7-11 years of institutional sales experience, with 4-5 years in private markets fundraising.
* Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors.
* Deep network across Italian pensions, insurers, and family offices.
* Strong understanding of fund structures and investor expectations in private markets.
* Must be London-based and eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
