Client Account Executive
As a result of a number of significant new client wins, we are looking to hire multiple new team members into our UK-based client services team.

Location:
Primarily office-based in Cobham, Surrey, England with potential for flexibility once established in the role.
Job Purpose:
As an Account Executive at Connect Auto, you will support our Client Services team and Commercial Director in building strong relationships with our automotive clients (OEMs, national sales companies, and retailers), assisting with project co-ordination, account support, reporting, training and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You'll help bridge the gap between client needs and our in-house developed solutions — contributing to retention, delivery excellence, and the success of our global programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Support
Serve as a key contact for assigned automotive accounts and assist in day-to-day client communications
Help deliver proactive support, updates, and issue resolution in co-ordination with senior staff
Build and maintain strong client rapport through regular check-ins and account reviews
Account & Project Co-ordination
Assist our Account Directors and Managers with onboarding, launch, and milestone tracking for digital programmes
Co-ordinate internal resources (technical teams, product specialists) to meet client expectations
Translate client requirements into quantifiable and actionable development activity
Sales & Growth Activities
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports
Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services
Participate in internal strategy discussions to support account growth plans
Market & Customer Insight
Gather and organise customer feedback for product and service improvements
Monitor data and trends to help identify areas for value delivery
Demonstrate system relevance and usage of tools to nominated client contacts
General Duties
Contribute to team meetings and collaborative planning
Uphold the reputation and standards expected of Connect Auto at all times
Skills & Competencies:
Required
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Full, clean driving license with ability to commute daily to our office in Cobham, Surrey
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Customer-centric mindset with an eagerness to learn
Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable
Previous internship or experience in account management, sales support, customer facing role in car dealership
Interest in automotive technologies, digital platforms, and retail transformation
Familiarity with platforms like Jira, Google Analytics, Teams

Experience or qualifications in this specific role are not required. We will provide foundational experience in client management, digital retail solutions, and exposure to global automotive accounts. Successful candidates may progress into Account Manager roles with increasing responsibility as the company, and they, continues to grow.

Salary:
Between £25k and £30k
