Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy for a range of platforms including web, email, video scripts, and client communications.
2. Design Support: Assist in producing on-brand marketing materials and visuals using design tools ( Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
3. Event Coordination: Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
4. Video & Digital: Help create and edit video content and manage digital assets for internal and external campaigns.
5. Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns that drive engagement and support business development goals.
6. Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and strategic accounts teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
7. Market Insights: Conduct competitor research and support performance reporting to help guide content and campaign improvements.
What We’re Looking For
8. A degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
9. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with very strong attention to detail.
10. Confident and professional communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels is a must.
11. Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and an interest in written content.
12. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
13. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn — someone who thrives on variety and collaboration.
14. Basic understanding or willingness to learn design and video editing tools.
