An established consultancy is continuing to expand its Manchester presence and is looking for a Principal or Associate Engineer who wants to step into a role with real influence. This is a great chance to join a new and ambitious team where you'll be able to make your mark from day one.
You'll work across a wide mix of projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, support and mentor others, and play a key part in shaping the future of the Manchester office. If you enjoy variety, autonomy and the opportunity to help build something, this role will suit you well.
The Role
1. Taking technical responsibility for drawings, calculations, reports and design documents-both your own and those produced by others
2. Confident use of Civil 3D, CAD and other design/analysis tools, and supporting colleagues as they develop these skills
3. Solving technical challenges and delivering practical, well-considered engineering solutions
4. Applying current design standards and a clear understanding of CDM (2015) duties
5. Helping refine internal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery
