The Opportunity:
Due to growth, they are expanding their team and seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. You will contribute to developing manufacturing processes, revolutionising vehicle construction within a low-volume environment, supporting new model launches and engineering changes, and enhancing Project Management, Safety, Quality, Cost Management, and Product Delivery.
Get involved in:
* Design Reviews
* PFMEA
* DFMEA
* BOM Management
* Assembly sequencing, Process & Procedure Documentation, and Product Traceability
* MES System – Vehicle Build & Control
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes emphasizing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver all program aspects from inception to production.
* Specify and deliver operational practices aligned with brand standards.
* Achieve project milestones and support program objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans and timelines for restoration processes.
* Analyse and improve existing production processes for cost reduction and productivity.
* Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
* Work with quality control teams for inspections at various stages.
* Support prototype build phases and virtual build activities.
