About The Role

We're looking for an Associate Insight Analyst to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team based in Richmond, London, supporting data-driven decision-making and helping shape our analytical capabilities.
About the Role;
We're looking for a Solutions Analyst to bridge analytical expertise with client-facing engagement. In this role, you'll ensure our CPG clients gain maximum value from our analytics products and services by interpreting client needs, configuring solutions, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with Customers/Agents, Product, and Client Success teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions, ensuring our analytics tools deliver real impact.
What You'll Do;
* Partner with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical and analytical solutions.
* Analyse client datasets to identify insights, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimisations.
* Configure, adapt, and validate analytics dashboards, reports, and tools for client-specific needs.
* Act as primary contact for technical solution queries, collaborating with engineering to resolve defects and drive enhancements.
* Document and standardise solution implementation processes for repeatable, high-quality delivery.
* Monitor solution performance post-deployment, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with client expectations.
* Provide subject matter expertise on CPG analytics, advising clients and internal teams on best practices.
* Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and collaborate with Product to implement improvements.
* Support onboarding of new clients, including data integration, validation, and training on analytics tools.
Our Ideal Candidate;
* Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.
* Confident with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
* Clear communication to bridge technical detail with business context.
* Ability to diagnose issues quickly and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
* Continuous improvement mindset, proactively enhancing products, processes, and client outcomes.
Bonus points if you also have;
* Knowledge of CPG data sources, metrics, and industry challenges.
* Experience translating data insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
