About the Role
As a Teacher of A Level Business at H6, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and ambition. You will support students to achieve excellent outcomes, including high pass rates and strong high‑grade profiles, use data intelligently to inform teaching and curriculum planning, contribute to curriculum development, assessment design and quality improvement, act as a personal tutor supporting academic progress, wellbeing and future pathways, and play an active role in enrichment, progression and the wider life of the college.

Qualifications
* Strong subject knowledge in Business (A Level).
* Passion for teaching and learning and committed to continuous improvement.
* High expectations of students and themselves.
* Reflective, collaborative and open to innovation.
* Either an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to develop in a supportive, high‑performing environment.
