The Role
As an Apprentice at Amco Giffen, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey as part of a team of individuals working towards the successful completion of projects within the communities that we operate in.
Your responsibilities will include:
Learning and Developing Practical Skills:
* Work alongside experienced professionals to acquire hands-on skills in various aspects of construction.
* Participate in workshops, both on and offsite, to enhance your technical expertise.
Safety and Compliance:
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations on construction sites.
* Monitor site safety and contribute to maintaining a secure work environment.
Quality Assurance:
* Assist in construction inspections, ensuring the quality of workmanship.
* Prepare daily reports for the Construction Management Teams.
Client Satisfaction:
* Contribute to projects that directly impact our clients.
* Learn to deliver exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction.
