To support this, we’re
looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across our club
network. This role is key to ensuring our recruitment function scales
effectively, without compromising on quality, culture, or pace. You’ll take
ownership of how we hire for our clubs, lead a growing team, and help shape the
future of talent acquisition at Third Space.
What you’ll do:
* Lead,
coach, and develop a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners (plus one new
hire), supporting their growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
across all hiring activity.
* Own
recruitment timelines and plans for new club openings, working closely with GMs
and Heads of Department to ensure we meet business-critical deadlines.
* Personally
manage your own recruitment portfolio for at least one key function, in order
to stay close to the work and lead by example.
* Drive
operational excellence by improving processes, embedding inclusive hiring
practices, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
* Hold
stakeholders accountable to hiring plans, challenging constructively and
maintaining high standards.
* Partner
with the wider People Team to align recruitment with internal talent planning,
succession, and development.
* Champion
the use of data and insights to improve performance, track KPIs, and inform
strategic decisions.
* Ensure
compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, working closely
with People Operations.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven
experience managing a recruitment team in a multi-site environment - ideally in
hospitality, leisure, retail, or fitness.
* Strong
stakeholder management skills - you’re confident pushing back when needed and
can stand your ground with senior leaders.
* A track
record of scaling recruitment processes in fast-growing businesses.
* Hands-on
experience with volume hiring campaigns and structured assessment processes.
* A
leadership mindset - calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and
committed to developing others.
