Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering
* Build strong relationships with business unit leaders and Line Management to understand their goals and challenges.
* Translate business needs into people strategies that support growth, performance, and culture.
* Leading People Specific Projects, responsible for reporting and successful delivery
* Provide training and guidance to managers on Line Management Leadership and HR best practice.
* Lead and support integrations via company acquisitions and TUPE
Employee Experience & Engagement
* Champion a positive employee experience, embedding company values and culture across business units.
* Use engagement survey insights to drive targeted action plans and track progress.
* Support change management and organisational development efforts.
Performance & Talent
* Support the implementation of performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with other Business Partners on development programmes and career pathways, Identifying skills gaps to address capability needs.
Employee Relations & Policy
* Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
* Support policy development and ensure alignment with legal requirements and best practice.
* Partner with wider People Team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions, reporting against agreed KPI's and measuring impact.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a generalist advisory HR role, ideally with exposure to business partnering.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Comfortable working with data and insights to inform decisions.
