Responding to roadside recovery calls across Horsham and surrounding areas

Providing high-quality customer service whilst working in roadside conditions
Managing shift patterns that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a predictable rota
Ensuring vehicle and customer safety during roadside assistance operationsRequirements of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience in roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, or similar roles
Level 2 qualification as a Vehicle Technician or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills with experience in tyre repairs, battery replacements, and fault detection
Resilient and professional attitude, able to work effectively under pressure
Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
Reliable and flexible, willing to work various shifts including weekends if required
