We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Customer services professional to join our exceptionally busy and professional Customer Services team.
If youre passionate and committed to provide the highest levels of Customer service, this role could be for you!
Youll have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (C or above) (or equivalent qualifications). Including Maths and English, or a willingness to work towards these qualifications with the support of the College.

Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including previous experience in a customer facing role, and ability to provide an effective, proactive, customer focussed service to customers and other key stakeholders.
