Summary
We are seeking a passionate Sports Coach to join our team at Positive Impact Sports. In this role, you will lead educational and fun sports sessions aimed at boosting participation and promoting healthy lifestyles among children of all ages. Your contributions will play a vital role in fostering a positive impact on the community.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions that cater to various skill levels.
* Educate participants on the importance of physical activity, health, and sporting values.
* Create a supportive environment that encourages children to develop technical, physical, psychological, and social skills.
* Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their development.
* Promote community involvement in sports activities through outreach programs and events.
* Collaborate with families to educate them about healthy choices and active lifestyles.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (NEED)
First aid (essential)
Safeguarding certificate (essential)
* Proven experience in sports coaching or related fields.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
* Passion for promoting health, fitness, and well-being within the community.
* Ability to create fun and educational learning experiences for participants.
* Knowledge of various sports techniques and training methods.
