We have various hours available.
The rate of pay is currently £11.78 per hour. This is a term-time role, paid for 44.02 weeks (37 working weeks, 7.02 paid leave weeks).

Duties
* Delivering 1:1 support in the classroom with the possibility of small group support.
* Provision of appropriate additional learning support to learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
* Achieving learning outcomes for learners receiving additional support, as detailed in individual learning plans.
* Maintaining good communication between learning support and curriculum staff to ensure seamless support delivery.
Skills/Experience
* Experience or potential to become an outstanding learning support assistant.
* Experience supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
* Well-organized with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Math or equivalent.
* Level 2 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent (desirable).
