My client is a leading contract caterer currently recruiting for a General Manager position at one of their B&I sites in Central London.
Requirements for this role include:
* Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager within contract catering
* Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
* Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
* Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
* The desire to grow within a forward-thinking company
Applicants must have held a Deputy General Manager or General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
