We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional weddings and memorable events, with a strong focus on personal service and attention to detail. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised wedding and events coordinator to join our team and help bring each client's vision to life. Key responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day planning and delivery of weddings and events. Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to the event day. Meet with couples, party hosts and clients to plan and organise their events. Produce detailed function sheets and ensure all departments are fully briefed. Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth delivery. Be present on event days to oversee operations and resolve any issues. Support the full delivery of events from set-up through to completion. Manage and maintain inventory of venue styling and decorations. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and senior management. Support and guide junior, casual and seasonal staff where required. Skills and experience Previous experience in weddings, events or hospitality coordination. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone. A friendly, professional and approachable manner. Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
