Overview
BAE Systems is looking to recruit a Maintenance Professional – Supply Chain to support their Order Book Management team at our Samlesbury site.
Skills
* Provide accurate and timely data to support the compilation of management reports.
* Coordinate and resolve issues that impact delivery against the output plan.
* Support the team leader and wider management with day-to-day tasks.
* Ensure supply chain databases are regularly maintained and kept up to date.
* Attend regular meetings and provide updates to Order Book Management teams.
* Promote and maintain a strong focus on safety, health, and environmental compliance across all activities.
The Job
* Recent experience in a Supply Chain Order Management or similar support role.
* Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and operations.
* Confident working in multi-functional teams and liaising with various internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to compile and present information clearly and professionally.
