We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Environmental Health Officer to work within the fields of food safety and health and safety. As part of a small multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for inspecting major food manufacturers, approved food premises and high-risk food premises. You will also assist in the management of infectious disease outbreaks and contribute to the response of major incidents, whilst keeping an active involvement in Health & Safety.
