Summary :
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy team. As a vital member of our healthcare system, you will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Adhere to the GPhC Code of Conduct and uphold the standards for Pharmacy Professionals.
Provide professional and legal clinical supervision in the dispensary.
Undertake the role of the Responsible Pharmacist as required, showcasing leadership and accountability.
Ensure pharmaceutical aspects of patient care align with national and local standards and guidelines.
Efficiently handle clinical queries and contribute to their resolution.
Support fellow Pharmacy team members to provide safe pharmaceutical care.
Ensure key performance indicators are met to uphold quality standards.
Strive to create a positive pharmacy experience for customers.
