Responsibilities
* Leading the Plymouth-based installation and service teams to achieve operational targets
* Overseeing project planning and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Acting as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns
* Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to align operations with business objectives
* Managing resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control across installation and service functions
Experience and qualifications
* Proven leadership within the fire and security or related technical service sectors
* Experience managing both installation projects and service teams
* Strong project and people management skills with a detail-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and performance improvement
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall
