Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for:
* Support end-to-end month‑end process across multiple entities;
* Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and consolidated group management accounts;
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes;
* Preparing and filing UK and US regulatory and tax returns, including corporation tax and VAT returns;
* Supporting the preparation of the Group annual report, half‑year accounts and statutory accounts;
* Leading the external audit process for both Group and subsidiary audits;
* Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
Person
The successful Financial Accountant will meet the following criteria:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or Equivalent;
* Open to industry or practice background;
* Strong technical accounting experience;
* Strong IT Skills.
