Monsoon Boutique Stores were launched in 2021, a brand-new concept – a bold new expression of Monsoon, taking us back to our roots and celebrating the joy and colour that is so rich in our heritage.
Last year, we opened 2 brand-new Monsoon Boutique Stores in Gatwick Airport in both the North & South terminals and we are now looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join our team.
This role will be based within Gatwick Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts across airport trading hours (3am-10pm)
Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic background check (CRC) and be able to provide a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years prior to starting their employment.

1. Demonstrate customer focus – delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do.
2. Confident to lead by example, inspiring your team to make Monsoon a great place for all who work and shop with us
3. Experience within a supervisor or key holding role, with a proven track record in delivering excellence in customer service, both personally and through their team
4. Someone who demonstrates passion, drive and resilience, with a can – do approach
5. The ability to communicate openly and effectively
6. A solution driven Individual, with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business, with a sense of ownership to take responsibility
In this role you will
7. Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance thorough delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the Monsoon values
8. Generating profit, through exceeding those KPIs
9. Ensure the teams are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles
10. Support the management team in maximising commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard
11. Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal
