Point 16 - Point 20 scale: £79,156 - £86,763 - Daily rate of pay PAYE

What We Are Looking for in a Headteacher
* Headteacher or Deputy experience and have or are working towards NPQH
* Experience in SEND settings
* Experience of teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies
* Experience in quality assurance, budgets and management of large teams
* Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach
