This role is ideal if you’re considering educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or youth mental health. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4, particularly those with SEND, SEMH, ADHD, and autism. You’ll see first-hand how theory translates into real-life behaviour support strategies.
