Overview
Order Management Specialist role at Ingram Micro. An exciting opportunity for a result-driven individual to join our Sales Administration team on a permanent basis. Work collaboratively with our Sales teams to provide best-in-class customer service to Partners & Vendors who seek a trusted advisor for management of valuable and complex orders.
What Your Role Will Involve
* Support the sales team by managing the end-to-end order process
* Process orders and identify the correct processing method
* Maintain a high focus on accuracy and customer service
* Handle order-related queries, ETA, licenses and POD requests
* Run back order and shipping reports
* Support the sales team with P&A, stock quotes, and bids
Required Skills and Experience
* A desire to build a career in the IT industry
* Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills via phone, email, and in person
* Good PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience is preferable
* A desire to learn, grow and develop
