Forward Role is working with a high-growth, certified B Corp, e-commerce retailer with a £45 million turnover to recruit a CRM specialist.
This is a key role in the team to develop digital outreach, primarily through email marketing initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager and working alongside a team of 17+ IT & Digital professionals and key stakeholders, you'll create impactful communication plans for retail and wholesale sectors.
Your role involves data manipulation, reporting, and expertise in Excel to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships and increase revenue.
* Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve effectiveness continually.
* Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
* Design and implement surveys to gather customer insights.
* Analyse survey data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven success in developing and implementing CRM and email marketing strategies, preferably in B2B or B2C contexts.
* Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience with DotDigital or similar platforms preferred.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a detail-oriented environment.
* Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
