Responsibilities
You will be based in our GP surgery and will provide high‑quality, efficient administrative support, including inbound and outbound patient calls. As the first point of contact, you will create a friendly, supportive environment for patients and visitors. You will also support the clinical and management teams to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services, working autonomously with confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.
