Job Title: Team Lead - Utilities

Location: Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Team Lead - Utilities on behalf of a global CDMO organization.

As a Team Lead Utilities, you will manage support activities as a service provider for all manufacturing units in Black- & Clean-Utilities, HVAC, Buildings, and liquid waste management.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating the assigned areas and systems. This includes personnel management, personnel development, and accountability for the performance and results of the assets and roles, including cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of specialists and shift personnel, overseeing HR functions such as qualification, development, coaching, hiring, pay decisions, and discipline.
2. Ensure the safe operation of all utilities and waste management activities.
3. Control your cost center, identify, and implement cost reduction measures.
4. Implement a vision as a service provider, fostering openness to change, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
5. Oversee all aspects of Black- & Clean-Utilities, HVAC, Buildings, and liquid waste regarding engineering, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation.
6. Develop and implement utilities maintenance strategies to ensure plant availability and cost-effectiveness.
7. Ensure proper operation and GMP compliance of Clean-Steam, Purified Water, HVAC systems.
