Job Description
1. Manage healthcare and K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
4. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks promptly.
5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
6. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality standards.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare/K-12 Project Manager should have:

10. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

13. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
14. Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
