Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary

The role:
* Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Working with pupils who may have SEND, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs
* Supporting learning in the classroom while promoting independence and engagement
* Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Collaborating closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* Is calm, patient, and proactive in supporting behaviour and learning
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working in a secondary setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
