The position covers the Thames Valley area.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of schemes ranging from flood defence improvements to upgrading water treatment works.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing various projects and schemes across the region, ensuring consistency and high standards across the organization.
2. Leading a team of site managers to ensure successful project execution.
3. Enhancing awareness, compliance, and performance with company standards and processes.
4. Facilitating the growth and development of team members.
5. Taking overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
Ideal requirements for the role include:
1. Experience in the water and civils sectors.
2. HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
3. Understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
4. Knowledge of NEC3 or 4 contracts.
5. CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS certifications.
6. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders.
