Service Leader - Escalators

We are currently seeking Service Leader to join our clients team in Warrington. As a Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in optimising the region's staffing of Escalator Service Engineers and Technicians, ensuring efficient route organisation, workloads, and training.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Plan personnel needs, including route organisation, workloads, and training.
* Match skills with route requirements and assign/delegate appropriate workloads.
* Develop and sustain team spirit among Engineers and Technicians.
* Manage the maintenance portfolio from service contract acceptance to the collection of bad debts.
* Deliver repair sales targets as determined by the Regional Director.
* Provide leadership to Engineers and Technicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction.
* Manage customer claims and complaints effectively.
* Conduct periodic quality and safety audits to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular meetings to ensure effective communication and performance management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical or business discipline.
* Experience in managing the customer interface.
* Proven experience in a management/leadership role.
* Proven experience of P&L responsibility.
* Knowledge of the Lift industry or Facilities Management is a plus.
* Technical and commercial awareness as it relates to the lift industry business is desirable.
* SAP experience is beneficial.
