About the role
Join our team based in our Eastbourne Manufacturing centre, where you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, testing, and packing of Paxton products.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 06:15 - 14:15 (30 min break) OR Monday & Tuesday 9am - 7:15pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 7pm.
* Assembling electronic parts either on a flow-line or as bench build.
* Completing final product quality inspections.
* Re-stocking Kanbans for flowline.
* Driving Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or on a production line is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
* The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
