Offer description

To provide a front-of-house, customer-focused concierge service following the principles of PIE and Trauma-Informed practice.

Delivering a day-to-day concierge service across supported accommodation in partnership with internal and external teams.

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8pm-8am, Saturday 4pm-8am, Sunday 24 hours (8am to 8am Monday), with occasional days.


What you'll be doing

* Providing targeted and persistent service charge collection for ineligible charges.
* Monitoring and supporting site security, reception, administration, hygiene, laundry, and cleanliness.
* Carrying out emergency cleaning, H&S, or Wellbeing checks on a rota basis.
* Supporting tight void management and turnaround.
* Assisting with starter sign-up for new licensees to enable emergency placements for service users (emergency beds and Domestic Abuse services only).
