Your new role As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take the lead in inspecting and signing-off works on vacant retail and commercial properties, ensuring that they meet all statutory and health and safety requirements before new tenants move in. You will play a critical role in preparing properties for occupation and enabling tenants to bring forwards their own refurbishments quickly and confidently. What you'll need to succeed Salary of up to £53,000 per year. 28 days annual leave per year bank holidays. Excellent contributory pension scheme. Flexitime. Hybrid working arrangement. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive an initial 24-month fixed term contract, offering a salary of £54,000.
