Salary: £90,000–£100,000 base + 30–40% bonus + car allowance + share options.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the organization’s commercial and operational strategy, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability objectives.
* Hold full P&L responsibility for UK operations, with accountability for financial performance and business sustainability.
* Oversee and develop sales, operations and engineering teams to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
* Manage key customer relationships, high‑value contracts and long‑term commercial partnerships.
* Drive business development across target sectors including food, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and energy.
* Represent the company at senior client meetings, trade events and industry forums.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a General Manager, Commercial Director or senior P&L leadership role within industrial engineering, or energy systems.
* Strong engineering or technical background, with the ability to engage credibly on technical and operational matters.
* Demonstrated success in commercial management, strategic planning and organisational leadership.
* Experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving business performance across technical and commercial functions.
* Exposure to international markets and distributor or partner management.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for international business requirements.
