An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before training to teach. This role is based in a supportive High Peak secondary school and is ideal for graduates in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or related subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide targeted academic support to individuals and small groups.
* Assist in classroom management and behaviour support.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
* Gain experience in planning, assessment, and intervention work.
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant subject.
* Interest in pursuing a career in education.
* Adaptability and a willingness to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
