Description:
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Subcontract Administrator to manage contract documentation, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
The role also involves booking material deliveries and handling scheduling to support project timelines on behalf of a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Prepare and maintain contract documents
2.
Raise and manage purchase orders
3.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
4.
Schedule delivery dates for materials
5.
Monitor logistics and procurement schedules
Qualifications/Experience:
6.
Administrative experience required
7.
Familiarity with PO systems and contract software is ideal
8.
Background in Construction or Infrastructure preferred
9.
Experience within Accounts, Procurement or Contract Management also preferred
This role is Part-Time, 25 hours a week.
This is a Temporary-Permanent position.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Pro-Rata).
