What you'll be doing: As Internal Sales Account Manager, your focus will be on upselling service and warranty packages to both new and existing customers by understanding their key needs and providing the best-fit solutions. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with your accounts through proactive communication - phone, email, and in-person visits.
