Key Responsibilities
* Source, procure and expedite materials, tools, consumables and services required for site operations.
* Review requisitions for accuracy, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, and delivery dates.
* Build strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal site teams.
* Liaise with logistics, warehousing, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
* Monitor supplier performance and escalate delivery or quality issues.
* Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and audit trails.
* Support material traceability and documentation requirements associated with high‑integrity systems.
* Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolving procurement‑related discrepancies.
* Review spend categories and support supply chain optimisation initiatives.
* Track and report procurement progress, risks, and priorities.
* Work closely with construction supervisors and planners to anticipate procurement needs.
Qualifications and experience
* Knowledge of high‑integrity material traceability, QA requirements, and regulated procurement processes.
* Knowledge of ISO, ISO, and site quality systems.
* Familiarity with digital procurement platforms or supplier performance systems
