Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 basic (£40,000-£50,000 OTE, uncapped)

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota (weekend working required)

The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering a first-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting, greeting, and building natural rapport with customers in-store
* Delivering a no-pressure, needs-based sales service
* Completing face-to-face quotes on selected and recommended vehicles
* Upselling relevant products and finance packages where appropriate
* Managing the full handover process with exceptional customer service
* Working closely with other departments to ensure outstanding customer care and expectation management
