We’re partnering with a reputable nursery in Exeter to find a passionate Room Leader ready to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional early years care.
Room Leader What you need:
1. Level 3 in Childcare essential
2. Early years experience, ideally in a leadership role
3. Strong communication and team management skills
Room Leader What you’ll do:.
4. Lead a playroom and mentor your team
5. Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
6. Allocate children to keycarers and provide feedback to parents
7. Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
