The Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Team supports the OfS in complying with information law obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations 2004, Public Records Act 1958, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018. About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Knowledge and Information Management Officer to join the KIM team. This is a varied role with the opportunity to work across the different KIM functions to ensure information is managed in accordance with information law and internal policies. You will be working on the improvement of information management across the organisation and helping to ensure the OfS complies with Information Rights and Data Protection law.
The KIM team is part of the broader Legal function; you will also be working closely with colleagues across the organisation including senior leaders.

About You
We are looking for an experienced KIM or Information Rights professional with a sound understanding of UK information law. The role is perfectly suited to a strong communicator and problem solver. You will be proactive with excellent organisational and drafting skills and demonstrate attention to detail. Partnership working with colleagues and understanding of the strategic context that the OfS is working within is key to success in this role.
