Salary: £23,500 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term time only hours

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our pupils with Autism and additional needs. You’ll help them get the most from their education by:
* Preparing learning materials
* Supporting and running engaging classroom activities
* Meeting emotional and physical needs
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
You’ll gain hands-on experience with guidance and supervision, working alongside a team that shares knowledge and supports your growth. Every day will bring new challenges and rewards.

Previous experience working with pupils or students with Autism is highly desirable.
About Us
Hillingdon Manor provides specialist education for 185 pupils, aged 3.5 to 19, across two sites. The Secondary School supports around 125 students with smaller class sizes and a range of qualifications tailored to pupil needs and abilities. The aim is to unlock each pupil’s potential in a safe and supervised environment, supported by a dedicated team of professionals.
